Default Andres is selling his 356 B !

Check out the classifieds.. Not you Jo-anne, you have enough 356s !!!

I sold him my 356A so he's selling his B to make room and placate his wife !

It's a decent car for the money, not a concours piece, but sheesh, try and find a running 356 <$15K these days ! ;-)

Looks like a nice "street" car. Besides Ebay and 356 Registry, where else can one search for a 356? I really love the "A"'s

Wow--great price if it's around $15K...I checked the Rennlist classifieds--did you mean the registry classifieds?

Yup, it's on Pelican too, he does not discriminate ;-)

How much? 16K is the listing... Hint: Like I said, hard to find decent ones around 15K... Less subtle Hint : he wants $15K out of it... I put it here for him at 16 to give him wiggle room, but there you go !!! Actually I think it's on Ebay too, but I hope someone from the boards snags it first !

I agree with Greg...it's an opportunity to get a very nice, entry level, Porsche 356 from a great guy...don't hesitate...you can trust him...

In the add, and in the pics, he mentions rust on th elower door halves. This sounds like a frequent condition with 356's. How $$$ is it to replace/repair areas like that?

I placed a bid on this (well before it got anywhere close to what it would take to buy it) and I see the ebay auction ended without a sale. Interestingly, I received a "Second Chance Offer" from ebay telling me the item is available and I have 5 days to buy it for $5,388. Yahoo, I'll buy it! Knowing the information from here and not being a complete stupified idiot, its obvious that this is a total scam. (I emailed Alarti re same). Just to have fun, though, I sent an email to the scammer saying "Thank you for your second chance offer on the Porsche 356. I am most interested to purchase the car. Please advise what we need to do next." No response yet, but this should be fun.

Actually, this looks like just what I want someday - a reasonably priced, clean, driveable 356, just for fun - no concours, no $50K restoration, etc. I wish I could jump on this one, but my wife would probably kill me at this time. (JoAnne, how do I convince my better half to let me get this? )
