Tony...

So far not planning on doing the ECH this year. We are going to the Gulf Coast Holiday in Bourne, Texas in April and the Porsche Parade in June/July. Maybe we will. It's in Virginia again isn't it??

Jim....

We could put you on the Helga or Max waiting list if you'd like

It's OK, as soon as I can afford it (and get the car a clean title), I am repainting the 911T in that 356 slate grey. Just a gorgeous color IMO... And I do confirm Kpr's car handles like it's on rails... It handles better than any 356 should have a right to in fact... Pretty tight car, never wrecked, that's probably why !

The original interior was red - but it was changed a while back to a saddle brown - it is in great shape and actually looks very good with grey so i am not going to change it - i did replace the headliner though (much easier with the glass out) here is an "in the shop" interior pic - looks dirtier than it is now! Also attached is a close-up of the powder coated wheel - and a nice shot of her buttocks.

JoAnne

I've got two 356's, a 912, and a 964 '91 Cab for the wife. It's my 356's which are the love of my life. I really like the 356 Activities on the West Coast, but find myself frequently deleting the 356talk.net from my screen because I get so frustrated just trying to find the subject line in all the chatter. I cartainly will try the link suggested earlier.

Let me tell you something. I had to take my digital camera back to Best Buy to find out how to set the auto timer. The clerk showed me how and after viewing my gray hair stated, "It's a generation thing." And you ask me to "post a few pics of my cars?" Just how do you expect me to do that?

Jerry my dear older gentleman, you have a PM

Texas911...
Hey seriously, try to come to Bourne on April 9th for the 356 Gulf Coast Hoilday's Concours. Lots of 356'ers will be there including us. The event starts on Thursday the 7th. We just got a letter from the event organizers that said all 95 rooms held for the event have been sold and the hotel has now released more for our use. That's a great turn out for a mid country event. It's at the Tapatio Resort. Is Bourne far from Houston?

Rob...
That's sick. There should be a law against storing old cars in barns and ditches!
What's funny is that if they decided to try to sell it, they would still want top dollar...

JoAnne

Hey there... I recognize that photo

How are all you 356'ers doing? Definitely glad I checked out the forum, because I think I just heard somebody call me.

Bourne is about 5 hours from Houston. I'll probably end up staying in San Antonio with some relatives though if I go. Its beautiful out in the hill country at that time of year. And its been a pretty wet winter so the wild flowers will be especially thick and plentiful, just don't pick them because they belong to TXDOT and they can ticket you or take you to jail if they catch you! (J/K, they don't really care).

They did want Top $ for it, of couse and finally found people to pay for it.
I think a stay with the federal gov't mandated a less than optimal storage solution
