Ubisoft Vehicle Designer Dreams Up Porsches We Wish Were Real

Rain Prisk Porsche 911 Mid-Engine Concept

From mid-engine 911s to Panamera utes, the portfolio of Rain Prisk features Porsches as otherworldly wonders.

Porsche has always challenged itself with its portfolio of luxury performance vehicles, whether it’s the constant evolution of the beloved 911, dropping front-engined powerhouses like the Macan and 944, or charging ahead to the future with the Taycan.

And yet, there are some ideas we’d like to see Porsche try, like a Panamera ute for the Australians, or a mid-engine 911 to chase down mid-engine Corvettes. Lucky for us, we don’t have to imagine what such things would look like, thanks to the artistry of Rain Prisk.

Hailing from Tallinn, Estonia in Northern Europe, Prisk is a vehicle designer for Ubisoft Reflections in Newcastle, England, whose work has appeared in video games such as Far Cry 5, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, and The Crew. In his spare time, though, he uses Photoshop to transform Porsches into cool concepts like the 911 shooting brake above.

Prisk spends about an hour or two on any given work, depending on what he has in mind. But that is definitely time well-spent once the art is finished. Just have a look at this lovely blue Panamera ute, ready to take up the high-performance ute flag in Australia and New Zealand. Can you imagine this battling Holdens, Mazdas, Fords, and Mitsubishis in the ECB SuperUtes Series?

Prisk isn’t limited to Porsches, of course, using his talents to dream up wild concepts for nearly every luxury and high-performance make ever to hit the pavement. We definitely would love to see Stuttgart reach out to him for any future Porsches.

In the meantime, you can check out Prisk’s work on his ArtStation account, as well as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
