Porsche Makes Its Mark In the Great White North

Porsche Canada Macan

Especially performing well are third-generation Cayennes and Macans, the brand’s best-selling vehicle in this country. Macan sales made up 3,767 units last year. Ouayoun might be biased here, however, as his current ride is a Macan, outfitted with snow tires, naturally.

Ouayoun’s first order of business is to travel Canada and speak with Porsche dealers to get a sense of sales trends and consumers wants and needs. He will also be putting his efforts into researching the EV market, in particular, the Mission E, a battery-run concept car Porsche is working on. “This is the 911 of e-cars! Mission E doesn’t just make one statement, but several at once!”

While Porsche is always looking into new innovation, they will never abandon their customer base and core concept of hell-yes, amazing, fast and fabulous sports cars. And with Ouayoun at the helm, combining business savvy and unbridled enthusiasm for Porsche, we’re feeling good about Porsche’s future.
