Yep, tire barrier. Got on the throttle a little early and without unwinding. I didn't think it was a big deal but the grass was like ice. I told them they need to get grass with better grip.

Also money shifted but caught it before full release. Rev 2s went from 690 (those came at no extra cost when I bought it) to 825. Finished the race without a hitch and no metal in the filter. I may have gotten lucky.

Went off in lap 10 of the final race after moving into 4th and ended up 6th out a group of 13. I'll post a video of it after while.

Racing definitely brings out a win at all costs mentality. I don't think it's healthy but at least it's legal!

Well at least you didn't damage it too bad.
I think I did my last track day on Saturday for the year, we'll need to meet up sometime.

I was just going to ask if Iowa is still doing Friday's? I'm already starting to go through withdrawals and I don't like it.

Their last day was on Saturday for this year. That place has such cheap open tracks days for $120 for a full day. The Saturday thing was called the Boo Bash, $60.00 for a full day. It's a little party to end the year. There was even a few SCCA Runoff cars there. A few months back on a Friday some Continental series cars were there with their semi truck and full team. It was fun being on the track with those guys, I was faster then some.

I see Hallett has some more track days in November, but I'm out of tires. I ended up cording my tires on Saturday.

What size do you run? Is it 5x130 bolt pattern?

My car is 5 x 120, but I can buy some new tires if you have something planned and I'm not busy. There's a private open track day this Tuesday at Hallett if you're interested. I can't go though.

Ok, PM sent on track day.... was just asking because I have a set of NT01 that refuse to die and would be perfect for one last day of the season. But they are on Porsche rims.

Total weight loss from Phase 1, 470lbs!

Congrats, that is awesome! I would love to get down close to 2500. I have some ideas but need the time to do them.
