thats probably true.

I suppose my gripe with it is that - and this doesn't show as well in the photo - its farily high (far from the ground) in the front compared to the back/side (in front of wheels). if the clearance in the front is 7cm, its only 3-4cm in front of the wheels, aesthetically speaking I'd like it to be a bit lower in the front and practically speaking its pretty close to hitting the ground in the back at this height. Additionally, it took quite a bit of work to get it to sit like it is and its far from perfect.

I also have a rennspd rsr style spoiler which sits notably lower in the front (and equally low in the back/side) but I haven't tried it on yet

Got together with GTi451 yesterday for a mini tech day, a photographer buddy stopped by and a little photoshoot happened.

I love a reverse mounted LM

Totally changes the look of the wheel and is an effective simple modification.

Those black lens surrounds really set it off as well. Painted? or some sort of carbon, it's hard to tell from the photo.

Well, seeing your reverse mount made me want to do it.

I'd love to do the fronts too, but will be too much offset change.

Its actually just the standard H4 headlight. Usually you can get them in black or chrome, with the option to buy an additional set of rings to cover these black ones and also cover the adjustment holes.

I don't have a picture on me, but overall you just take off the face from the front and mount it from the back. This can't be done with all multi-piece wheels however. If you have LM's and want to try it, I could PM you the steps and some things that helped me.

Heres a picture to show the difference, not mine though. On the left is the 'reverse-face' with it mounted behind the lip. On the right is the standard mount with the face mounted on top of the lip.
