I actually need the H&R cup suspension from the turbo for my track car project. I have not been able to find another set and it is a bit aggressive for street driving so I am compromising. I still have the H&R reds and Bilstein HD's which are better suited. It won't be as low although for the limited use it gets lately it seems like the logical thing to do.
With prices going nuts I am switching everything over. My C2 will no longer be tracked and the turbo is basically becoming a show car. I have a C4 soon to be a twin turbo RWD track monster with widebody. Car is getting the roll cage installed now. I will post a thread in the next week or so on how it is coming along. This should make the turbo look sluggish when it is done. Think 935 twin turbo center exhaust with staggered pipes. LOL
These things aren't so pretty when they are stripped though.

Three Wheelin'
Anthony,
As you said, you can still get it low enough to look great with the other setup. That is the way to go.
The 935 center exhaust is going to look so sick. I was totally thinking of doing that on my narrow body. Can't wait to see the new thread with your progress.
Jeff

What Ive managed to find out so far about the top car in post #4872 is that its supposed to be a 91 Turbo with a Brumos #59 race car engine developing 600hp. It reminds me of the LA964RS car.

[QUOTE=vagluv;11570298]...Here are a couple of 964s I saw that I was able to snap a quick pic of. The first was just north of the Bixby Creek Bridge on Hwy 1 on 8/4. The second was in San Francisco on 8/8.
WOW. I would love to see more of that car!
Please, please start a dedicated thread on this project. More details on the build too.
Very nice. That picture perfectly represents that satisfied feeling you get after a long day at the track.
