Default Feedback on Wheelenhancement.com

I have been loking to purchase new wheels & tires for my 2000 Boxster S. Has anyone purchased tires from Wheelenhancements ? They offer complete wheel and tire packages ..... and will also take scuffed wheels in for exchange. Would like to know how transaction went and how responsive they were to deal with. Price seem competive if not better the Tire Rack and other hacks.

I just ordered new Supercups for my 930 from them. God knows I pestered them to death making my choice. They helped everytime I called and were a pleasure to work with. I expect my wheels/tires in a couple of weeks. But I am sure eveything will be perfect.

I purchased a set of HRE 540Rs 8.5x19, 11.5x19 and Continental Sports Contact 2's from them and I can say that I was very satisfied with the service and results. I have no business relationship with them except as a repeat customer.

I've bought from them. Excellent customer service and selection. Price is not bargain-basement but this is a solid outfit.

What are you looking for? Some places may offer better deals for aftermarket wheels. If you want new Factory wheels, this is the place to go.

How do they work it out with your wheels in exchange?

What kind of discount or credit do they give you assuming wheels are in excellent condition (or not)?

I had a positive experience with them a few months ago when I was looking for a pair of new factory 9x16 Fuchs mounted with MPSC's. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Very good outfit.

I have delt with Robert and John at Wheel Enhancement on several occaisions, and at times I probably had more questions and concerns than most people. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and value are hard to beat especially since their only business is Porsche's!

I would give Wheel Enhancement a perfect 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Default Wheel Enhancements

I rate Wheel Enhancements very highly as well. My 951's PO had installed a set of Kinesis Supercups just before my purchase. Turns out they were special ordered to fit a Boxter only. W.E. helped me figure out the problem and then sold me a nice set of Cup 2.

BTW, the Kinesis Supercups will soon be for sale after I give them a good cleaning.

I had wheel enhacement be the recipient of an ebay purchase for some 18s off of a C4s from Canada. There was a customs fee that I did not know about and while I did pay it in the end, they paid it instead of sending them packing. I then had them check the wheels and then paint them metalic black from the 993 color schemes.

Great People. I usually spoke to a guy David I think.

I also had a very positive experience with them!

I called them tons of times with questions and they were always very patient and informative as I went back and forth trying to decide.

In the end, I purchased a set of Fikse FM5s in 18" for my 993 track tires and the overall experience went very well.. Yes, you pay a bit more but the customer service BEFORE and after the purchase made it very worthwhile in my opinion.... you really do get what you pay for when dealling with wheel enhancement!!

I have used W.E. under the "original" and "new" management and both were positive experiences from the service and product standpoints.

One cool thing I learned recently is that, for us local folks, W.E. is a competitive and quick source for tires and mounting services as well. They matched or beat Tire Rack's price on Hoosiers and did the mount and balance while I waited, for a great price, and with no shipping as with Tire Rack.

I will be back there for more race tires shortly.

Here's the link

http://www.wheelenhancement.com/

with the address

I had a good experience there. I went there in person. They helped me pick out the wheels and tires in stock and mounted them while I looked on.

He even handed me a set of Porsche valve stem covers as I was leaving. Good outfit.
