I have to sell my beloved 2016 Porsche GT4. This car was always garaged and never driven at the track. I took it to work a few days a week.
This car is in showroom condition and still looks and smells new. The car is 100% stock, I haven't performed any after market modification.
I'm the first owner and bought the car for way over MSRP. The car is visible in Mountain View California. I have a clear title in hand and I'm the sole owner.

Welcome to the world of GT4 pricing. Under MSRP or it doesn't sell these days, at least PP. Heck, I even see dealers at MSRP. The local dealer said they are buying them at about $10k under MSRP now.

it seems most cars listed here in Colorado are at or over msrp. With two sales within the last month over msrp at a local dealer.

As a data point, a local dealer offered me $5k under MSRP yesterday for my GT4.

Probably due to the different climate. If you buy a GT4 locally right now, it is parked until at least April.

Sold for 93K (sticker was 98K and change). This was a pretty weak market for a GT car...
