The time has come to sell my beloved turbo. I purchased it 11 years ago from Willhoit and have thoroughly enjoyed every mile in it. It has been a great car - very reliable, not a squeak or rattle, and even though it's not that powerful by today's standards, it still pulls strongly and provides a thrill and satisfaction like few other cars I've driven can.

The car is stock except for just a few things. I installed Fabspeed muffler bypass pipes but still have the stock mufflers. I also added the front chin spoiler from a Turbo S and backflow prevention valves to keep oil from seeping into the turbos. All genuine Porsche parts.

It's got full supple leather, full power front seats with lumbar, heat and crests in the headrests. Other options include the Nokia sound package and 6 disc CD changer. Full tool kit, tire pump and all that other stuff are complete.

Since I bought it in 2006, all service has been done by Ruf Auto Centre, now called RAC Performance. Other than regular oil changes and maintenance, I believe the only other need was a valve cover gasket replacement. There is one maintenance item that has not been addressed. There has been a slow freon leak in the a/c for a long time. The proper fix was to replace the condenser (IIRC) for about $2500. It’s generally too hot for me to drive it much in Dallas even with a full freon charge so I chose just to add freon as needed (about once a year) for $100 each time. The car had a PPI recently that didn’t show anything else.

The overall condition of the car is very, very good. There are no tears or punctures in the leather and the carpets have been kept clean under the floormats. I’m a driver so there are a few paint chips on the frunk as one would expect after 38,000 miles. I did have the nose and chin spoiler resprayed probably less than 100 miles ago. Rear tires will need replacing soon.

I’m a terrible photographer so please excuse my lack of skills. I forgot to take pics of the engine and frunk and will add those. If there is something you would like a pic of, please let me know. Feel free to ask questions and I’ll do my best to get back to you asap and if I can think of any additional information I will add it to a different post rather than editing the original post.

So there you have it. Again, it’s a car that has exceeded ALL expectations and I hate to see it go. I’m asking $147,500 but will consider reasonable offers. Thanks for looking.

The white one was supposed to be the back up. Just became silly for me to have 2 of them.

shouldn't take much to sell this car! a black/black 993tt has to be at the top of many wish lists. glad to see you have a tt replacement and not moving out of 993s altogether.

glws!!
