Forgot to mention, I am also considering partial trades. I need a daily driver, looking for a BMW 3 or 5 series ideally, possibly older Range Rover as well. My other car is a 79 930 with 54k original miles and would prefer to keep that one on a tender covered in the garage. :-)

New seats are now underway. Autos International is sending seat kits with correct matching "304 red" vinyl plus black/white pepita houndstooth centers. Basket weave centers were not an option with the red vinyl so chose the houndstooth. The seats will look just like the attached but with headrests. All hardware has been handed off to be re-plated and perfect, refurbished seats rails arriving this week. Anxious to see how these look in the car. I anticipate everything completed by first week in January.

Just sold at Gooding, Scottsdale. I think I need to re-evaluate. This has to be a World record for a 912. Sold for $104,000

It may have been the $65,000 roof rack.
I saw on another forum from someone who was there and looked it over said one fender was incorrect (thin lip) and driver door poorly repaired/finished

I was there also and was in total shock when it went past $70K. There were two passionate buyers and as the saying goes, that's all it takes.
For reference a nicely restored 911T sold later in the day for $150K.

Nearing completion of my seats. Completely disassembled the recliners from the correct seats and had them re-plated, chrome where they should be chrome and nickel where they should be. One passenger side and one driver side shown. Now reassembled and awaiting the seats which should be ready any day now. I do need to find two rubber boots that cover the splined shafts, one side has them, the other does not. I have checked several parts sites but to no avail. Does anyone know of a source for these?
