UPDATE: The car is back for sale. I decided to keep the car but since it's going to keep sitting more than being driven, I hope it goes to someone who'll use the car as it is intended.
Sorry for the long post. I want to make sure it's as detailed as possible.
I've decided to put my 07 GT3 for sale. I intended to track the car, however, with a year and half old baby, I simply don't have the time. I purchased the car in September 2013 with 3,500 miles on the odometer. Currently, the car has close to 8,800 miles. I've made sure the maintenance is done on time and the car is mechanically sound. I have the title on hand.
Since purchased, I've done the following maintenance:
09/30/13: Major maintenance which included oil, filter, air filter and cabin filter, fuel pump, spark plugs and drive belt
07/11/14: Coolant lines were pinned and sharkwerks coolant elbow joint installation by GSR Autosport in Anaheim, CA. And oil change was done as well.
07/22/15: Oil change Motul X-Cess 5W-40, transmission fluid service with Mobil1 Delvac 75W-90, brake fluid replacement with Motul RB600, air filter and cabin filter replacement
07/15/16: Oil change with Motul X-Cess 5W-40
The car comes with following modifications:
- OZ Formula HLT wheels 19x8.5 and 19x12 with Michelin PSS tires (All OEM specs) and new set of TPMS
- RSS semi solid engine mount
- RSS rear muffler bypass in stainless finish
- Function First transmission mount insert
- 3M Crystalline tint, 70% windshield and 50% on side and rear windows
- LED interior lights
- Clear OEM side markers
I'm a firm believer in full disclosures. Please keep in mind that all imperfections listed below came with the car when I purchased it.
- The car was seeping a couple of drops of oil every once in a while from the freeze plug and it was fixed by the dealer in 2014. Since then, it has no issues whatsoever.
- The car came with Range 3 over rev. It happened a long time ago and it was a single event which came out to 0.1 sec of over rev. I don't believe there's a cause for concern at all.
- There's a tiny scratch on the rear driver side bumper. It didn't bother me enough to repaint it.
- The CF strip on the dash vent is coming off. It is a very common issue. It's more of the cosmetic thing than anything else.
PPI is welcomed and encouraged at the buyer's expense. I've included all pics of the car as well as the imperfections that I've mentioned above. On a side note, the front lip is an eBay lip. I can't justify paying for over $300 for a piece that'll eventually get destroyed.
For the mobile users, I'm asking $108,000. All OEM parts will come with the car. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me.
Thanks for looking.

5 days of running time and they managed to ping a range 3?!? Doubt that would cause any longterm issues.
GSR seemed like a very capable shop when they installed my rollbar.
Bump for a nice 7GT3!

Very nice car.
I remember seeing this car for sale 3 years ago from prior owner/dealership selling it. I was first one to ask information about it however they preferred to go w/ a local. GLWS. Mint car when i saw pictures of said car 5k miles ago. Still have the pictures i believe.

Thanks for reminding me about the clear bra. I installed a new clear bra on the front bumper, headlights, fog lights, side rear view mirrors, door handle cups and rear side panel stone guard area.
As far as the scratch on the rear bumper goes, I did try to buff it out but no luck. I chose to retain the original paint than a respray since it's nothing major.
