I purchased the car in April 2016 and only managed to put ~2,200 miles on it during that time. MSRP was $126,710, and the car is located in the Bay Area.
The good:
- Driver's options. SPASM, PDCC, SC, 7MT!
- GT Silver over black standard interior. Bose and Nav/SiriusXM. 14-way seats.
- Only 7,620 miles from two enthusiast (read: caring) owners.
- Clean Carfax. Clear title in hand.
- Roughly one full year left on factory warranty (expires 9/3/2017), and a 1-year Porsche extended warranty on top of that. The latter was news to me, and a pleasant surprise when my SA mentioned it after doing the service listed below.
- No over revs. DME report from last service (3 weeks ago) showed 30 ignitions in Range 1 (redline), and zero in Range 2 and beyond (above redline).
- Recently completed the 2-year intermediate (20k mile) service, including oil change and brake fluid flush (recommended every 2 years). Performed all outstanding voluntary service actions, and PCM updated to latest software version (v4.76). Cost was $699.19 for said service, and was performed at a dealership. I have the service record from the previous owner as well (just the first 1-year/10k oil change).
- I just paid my annual registration, which should be transferrable in California.
The extras:
Car has had the works (cost $7,200!) done by the fine folks at OCDetailing, including...
- Xpel clear bra on the full front end, mirrors, rocker panels, and full rear bumper
- Full paint correction
- Opti-Coat Pro Plus on all painted surfaces
- Opti-Coat Pro on wheels/suspension/calipers
- Opti-Guard on interior surfaces
- Opti-Glass on the windows
- 3M Crystalline tints all around, 90% on the windshield and 70% everywhere else
- AlloyGators installed on wheels (black)
- WeatherTech DigitalFit black front floor mats ($150) [Originals included with sale]
- Hard wiring installed for Escort Max 360 ($30) [Radar detector and BlendMount not included with sale]
Total extras: ~$7,400
The less-than-good (but still not so bad!):
- The front bumper has roughly six small rock chips. You cannot see them unless looking for them close up. They have been touched up and clear bra-ed over.
- The front bumper is scratched on the underside in two places (left and right) from coming into contact with a parking block. You cannot see it unless you bend down and look up/under the car. I chose not to repair this because living in the Bay Area, I expected it to happen again. I am confident that it could be touched up/blended and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference, and received a quote of $325 from the best mobile touch-up people in my area to fix it.
- There is a small (~5mm) paint chip on the top of the driver's side door handle, which has been touched up. You cannot see it at a distance.
- The extended SPASM plastic front lip is scuffed from some scraping on inclines, which I consider normal wear-and-tear but want to disclose anyway.
Miscellaneous notes:
- The car was ordered with platinum 20-inch Carrera S wheels, but I received it secondhand with Turbo wheels. The Turbo wheels are worth more and look better anyway
- I peeled away the ugly yellow airbag warning stickers on the sun visors, which left a subtle outline where the sticker once was, but it looks way better on the whole. Check out my post here for some pictures.
- To the best of my knowledge, the car has only been a California car. I have not driven it in the rain, but I believe the previous owner did, due to some oxidation on the final drive hubs, which was revealed in my PPI.
- I de-badged the rear to read "PORSCHE" only. I do not have the "911 Carrera 4S" badge anymore, but they're cheap plastic and easily obtained.
- I haven't done any track days/HPDE driving with the car, but can't guarantee the previous owner didn't. From speaking with the dealership (whose owner knew the seller), I don't believe they did, which is supported by the clean DME and condition of the car when I received it (immaculate).
Overall, I'd rate the car in excellent condition -- even with the blemishes I disclosed -- and am asking $83,000. I'd also be interested in trading (plus cash) for a 2016 Cayman GT4 or Boxster Spyder with LWBs. Questions or reasonable offers? Shoot me a PM.
Thanks for reading!
Now on to the pictures (will take some interior ones soon, but like the rest of the car, it's in great condition):

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend!
I was able to snap a few quick interior photos at my garage tonight, but unfortunately the lighting wasn't great and I didn't have time to vacuum/wipe down some dust.
If anyone has a specific picture request, please shoot me a PM. I should have time to take more photos this weekend with nice outdoor lighting![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

That's a really well put together ad
Sorry that you have a back problem.
I had a l5/s1 herniated disc (seriously herniated/sciatica) that made even sitting impossible for 6-9 months, much less trying to drive my Porsche.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery and glws
