The car has been maintained fastidiously and I have kept details costs that you can see below. I replace the oil every year ~3k, and replace the filters at least 2x a year and inspect them, they are perfect, I have also kept all these filters. The car is my pride and joy, it has never failed me, the only thing it has ever really needed outside of general maintenance was an oil pressure sender. I have spent way more than the car needs, but I love the car and for me it had to be perfect, heres the list:

I have receipts for all of the above, all from Porsche, Suncoast or Pelican, most of the work I did myself, some such as the alignment done by Imola Motorsport. I also have all of the original parts for all the above work.
The car is in excellent condition, and I honestly think one of the best available in terms of condition and driving. Paintwork and interior are excellent with no damage.
I am sure the first to see and drive the car will buy it, I don’t want to sell it but I am moving house, so don’t need to mess around with 3 cars this year!.

This is such a great and imo an under rated car. I miss mine a great deal and will remain my favorite car out of the 45 or so that I have had.

GLWS! Wish I was in the market.

Do the black wheels come with the sale?
Do you have the original "Shot blasted polished 18-inch Carrera II Wheels"

Great looking car and a very good ad. You should have no problem selling it.

The M030 suspension drops the car to the perfect height, in my opinion.

What size are the Victor Innsbrucks?

Thanks for the comments, the AE's do look great, parked it at work this morning (at the back miles away from any other car), and still had to turn around and have a look at it, I will miss this car thats for sure.

The wheels are 18's, standard width front and went up 1/2 inch on the rear and fitted 295's

Thanks for the comments all, over the weekend I will post up more pics, here are a few I took this morning:

When I purchased the car it had 4 months CPO left, it has a clean Carfax. The below pic shows the Porsche owners manuals, 3 keys and some of the reciepts (I need to print out a few more)

More to follow, got to go and have a look at the house we are buying ,

The standard wheels and 2 part worn rear tires included as the rears on these wheels are worn.

The brand new luggage, in the Porsche delivery bags

These are some of the parts I have replaced, I kept the old/original parts

Will also include the original mufflers in case you wanted to convert it back to totally original and remove the sports mufflers fitted.

More of an FYI, these were the suspension I replaced with new M030 ROW spec and all new coffin & suspension arms

Exterior pics, you can make out the clear bra on the front.
final is the headlight, no yellowing, crystal clear, the headlights and the mirrors have protective film professionally fitted i.e. you cant see it.

I have a 4 post lift, so snapped a few shots underneath & of the engine bay, I havent cleaned these, its as the car looks after driving.

Engine/tranny as you can see bone dry, this where you will see leaks/sweating if the IMS/RMS is leaking.

Close up of the water pump/thermostat area, no crusty coolant!

Front & Rear tires
