Default 1985.5 Porshe 944

Year: 1986
Make: Porsche
Model: 944
Mileage (numbers only please): 120000
Options (Please check ALL which apply): Cruise Control, Power Steering, Power Windows
Color: Black
VIN: Will provide later today
Price (no $ sign please): $3400
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (Region): NorthEast
Body Style: Coupe
Transmission Type: Manual - 5 speed
2 or 4 Wheel Drive?: 2 Wheel Drive
Engine Type: Fuel Injection
Stereo System: AM-FM CD

This car needs a lot of work.

Belt Service including Water Pump
Front Engine Seals
Power Steering Pump
Motor Mounts (will provide)
High idle 12-1400RPM but smooth
Right front fender has a dent on the top
A/C needs work
Head lamp covers (will provide new)
Various mostly minor dents/scratches

The good:

MINT Full Script interior with SPORT seats with the exception of a 1.5 inch tear in one of the bolsters.

Fuchs in great shape with no curb rash

Runs Strong

Clutch operates flawlessly

Upgraded Sony CD player

I have many mostly new parts that will go with the car.

I purchased this car in the fall with the intention of fixing it up for my 18 year old son Ben who recently had a heart transplant. My wife convinced him that this was not a "practical" car for him (the kid just had a heart transplant for gosh sakes, screw practical!). I am just not going to fight city hall on this one!

This would make a great project for someone OR you could take the Full script interior and Fuchs and part the rest!

Upload the pics to photobucket or something simular. Then you get a link to the photo [img]https://rennlist.com/forums/vehicle-marketplace/.......[img]

Could you send me a list of the parts than come with it?

Default FYI

Just to let you know guys, I just bought this car, and I have to say that this seller is awesome. Great communication, gave me a lot of parts, he kept the car in his garage for a week while I was able to pick the car up, even letting his own car on the snow... so, he is really willing to help and a great seller to deal with. And I have to say that I'm very picky to do business (I'm from Costa Rica), and I trust this guy completely. Even now checking the car in deep it is in better condition than expected. This guy is a real Porsche fan and know what he is talking about. I hope this help for future buyers.
