27 mo original lease, 16 months remaining. The car only has 3900 miles as it mostly stays parked in my garage. Additional miles are available for 0.25 each.
I have allocated 16875 miles for the entire lease so 12975 miles remain.
The only modifications done to the vehicle are a pearl satin white 3M protective body film and 20% window tint.
If you are outside of GA the payments are only $1250 a month because I put a substantial amount down and will pay down the lease when someone is added on. I am not looking to re-coup any costs, just looking for someone to assume the payment.
Car is also for sale at 101,000 firm.
The vehicle is located in the Atlanta area if anyone would like to take a look, absolutely nothing is wrong with it. I need to get a different vehicle for personal reasons.

Pfs doesn't allow subleasing, this can be a very dangerous path. I almost did it myself on a tts. Do a google search on lease swapping, it's eye opening, an entire cottage industry of fraud out there, be careful. You're still 100% responsible for payments, insurance, damage to the car. There is usually a very good reason somebody is not able to walk into a dealership and lease their own car. Due diligence.

Yes, I mentioned that I understood this in the original posting. Due to my circumstances this is the best option for me. There are probably plenty of folks that can get their own lease but would like to save 10k + and not have such a long term. Those are the buyers I am looking for. Thanks guys!

Just trying to warn you man, I almost lost 170k doing this route.
Sometimes the dealer can help you out of such a lease on a desirable car, usually entails you paying the remaining taxes and walking. That's what I ended up doing 1 yr into a 4 yr lease.

How would one even count on the new leasee paying the monthly payments yet they have your car?
I'd return it to Porsche or work something out with them instead.

It is big risk. Really need full credit check and only select someone with perfect credit. It is amazing deal. Normally would be around 1800. Priced one out on Saturday. I would be interested myself if I can sell my 997.1 but may be stuck trading in

Hi Guys, the car is indeed black. In the OP it describes the pearl satin white 3M protective body wrap. It was professionally installed with knifeless tape and comes with a 3 year warranty. Also I understand its risky but I don't really have many other options. Luckily it is a short term and I hope to find someone local to deal with. Porsche will allow someone to be added to the lease and they run a full credit check. If the new lessee stops paying it will affect their credit as well. Thanks for the interest and PM me with questions.

I would strongly urge you to work something out with porsche, subleasing almost never has a happy ending. Make no mistake, you are 100% on the hook, very little can be done with the subleasee, read the back of your lease agreement, pfs specifically forbids subleasing.
I usually don't chime in on others fs threads, but I was very close to becoming a victim of this scam to the tune of 170,000$. Sorry, I have to warn you.
