Putting up a feeler for my 2013 991 C4S. Thinking of getting into a Turbo. Absolutely nothing wrong with this car. Just shy of 6K miles. Mileage will increase as I do drive it. This car was over MRM but I was able to get around it due to a quoting error. Without really knowing what others are paying, I think this monthly is pretty competitive.

The problem I think you are going to run into is you can buy a 2013 C4S CPO for around $110K or so, if you finance that over 72 months the payment would be the same as your lease. I am assuming you put nothing down, that is why the payments are so high?
Very Nice Car, I would try to work something out with the dealer you bought it from.
Good Luck!!

BTW due to MRM constraints, not so easy to lease a 135K car for 1600 per month with nothing down. I used conquest to get this payment. Payments are not high for this car. I don't appreciate your negative comments on the payment as it clearly interferes with what I am trying to accomplish. I did not ask for comments or thoughts on my monthly payments. Are you familiar with 991 C4S payments? Thx.
I'll just pull ahead in July if no interest in a takeover.
PS - i don't put money down on a lease for obvious reasons.

I just put the payoff in for someones benefit. Not expecting anyone to buy it. The play is a lease takeover for someone who might be in the market.

A few other forums I have been active on do not allow any comments to be made on a for sale posting. The treads are locked after the initial post. I'm beginning to think that would be beneficial here. If you think its priced too high, don't buy it. I don't think that many will pay more if the asking price is too low. The negativity is amazing sometimes. This forum used to be RUN and not just monitored by the mods. A lot of the morality and functionality left with the previous board owner... sorry for the hijack...

Regardless, not the end of the world. If someone is in the market and has shopped for the car they will know what these models lease for. Recent posts suggest there is no more conquest $$ avail and a gentlemen just leased a lightly optioned base cab with a MSRP of 110 for 1350 per month. The 991 leases are not like the 997 or 996 leases. The MSRP is much higher.

Some leasing co, pfs for ex, don't allow lease transfers/ subleasing. Plus you are still on the hook legally and responsible for any damage by the subleasee. Do a search, there is a whole cottage industry of people not credit worthy taking over leases and bailing two months later.
Tread carefully, I almost went down this road, would've lost my shirt trying to get out of a tts lease. In the end, the dealer got me out of it bc it was a desirable car. I can Pm you the details.

+1 while BMW (and others) are accommodating about lease transfers you should confirm yours does as well. Otherwise you are not only on the hook for the remaining payments but also the residual if the transferee doesn't pay or return the car in acceptable condition at the end if the lease.
