NO rust! 200 miles since restoration was completed. New glass out, trim off spectacular paint job in original Pastel Blue. COA on hand. Engine COMPLETELY dismantled and re-freshened. Mechanic (who's been working on these engines since the 70's) is convinced that the miles on the odometer are original at 48k! "The pistons and cylinders have no wear and there's no way it could have 148k miles". He then installed new timing chains, bearings, oil return tubes, cleaned and adjusted valves as necessary, resealed engine. Carbs were cleaned and tuned. Transmission was inspected, resealed and fluid replaced. The car looks amazing and drives beautifully.
