Has this car been sold?
I have been meaning to say this but why would anyone pay 185K for a converted street car when presently one can buy a 2011 Cup car for 125K??
Sorry but just dealing with the facts.

This is as close as you can get to a cup car and still register/drive on the streets. For this to be a race car then it would not be a stock class in PCA, it would be in the class with the modified/unlimited 997 cup car - where it would not be fast enough. But you could still race it in PCA, you would just never win your class. But you would kick butt on the 996 cups and if you can drive, most of the 997 cups.
Interesting build, saw it at NJMP this past summer, David Murry Track Days IIRC.
I have been heading down a similar path with my 2010 GT3 - modifying past point of no return. I like the modified GT3 street cars, especially running with the cup cars
