Still street legal? Full interior? Half or full caged?

I can attest to the quality of this car (and the seller). This is the real thing... incredible deal (in truth, I think the asking price is 10K too low)! I know for a fact that the receipts for the engine and tranny work alone in the past two years were more than the asking price.

Wow, very nice car and I would say the asking price is 20k too low. GLWS

Thank for the interest folks.

Yeah - the receipts for the engine and the tranny total to more than the asking price, and I'm glad to show anyone that. Pricing a track car is not my forte. I'm certainly happy to watch a bidding war break out

The car has a full cage and is street legal, but would probably fail if a strict shop did the PA inspection because I do not have 3 pt. harnesses and the 5 pts are not DOT legal.

Hey Jack,

Are you still at 3.6L? No mention of Pistons and cylinders. Also, what intake, cams, and ECU are you using? Any dyno numbers?

Thank you

Hi Jack. Sorry to see her go... Will you be at RTRs DEs occasionally?

Can also attest to the car and driver. Here she is in action (the flame thrower is a turbo, lol) - quick car (and driver of course):

Doug,

Yes, still 3.6.
Stock pistons & cylinders. I replaced one piston and one head as they had hairline cracks.
Stock intake
Stock cams
AWE straight pipes after cat (yeah - I know I should ditch the cat...)
GIAC ECU from AWE Tuning

Had car dyno'ed after ECU & exhaust, but that was before the rebuild.
265.7 hp @ wheels, 246.7 ft/lbs torque

I can tell the rebuild is definitely stronger, but my goal for the rebuild was not increased power. I prioritized reliability and longevity.

Take care,
Jack

Thanks for posting the video. That session was great fun!

I'll still show up from time to time. I just don't have the time to dedicate to this anymore and it's not logical to have a dedicated track car when I have a perfectly good street 993 and E46 M3 in my garage.

I struggled with this decision for a long time and all the talk here is making it harder to go through with

Take care,
Jack
