I just updated both the price as well as some additional information as described above. You can see the new document and such at my web site:

You are selling your beast?? Man you did so much work on that car. Miss my allroad. Couldn't imagine having that one! What are you driving these days?

Bump for a great seller and car. Anyone that gets that car won't be disappointed.

Trying to get into a 997.1 GT3 but have to clear out the garage spot first.

As soon as I sell the monster allroad I will be getting something like this:

As an owner of an '05 Allroad with a "mild" tune I can only imagine how this thing hauls down the road. An absolute bargain considering what has gone into it. Look up bone-stock examples, decent ones go in the $11K range. For a slight up-charge you are getting a hell of a lot of car. I actually tried to convince my little brother to buy this car! He's 26. He didn't bite. He has no idea what he is missing. Anyway, GLWS.

Love the GT3. 997 nice upgrade to 996 - especially in terms of handling. If I did not go cab thats the way I would have gone. You are probably going to miss having a turbo to tune though. Planning on tracking it?

I love my 996 Turbo. Car is just unreal. Has the X50 with 455 HP.
