90K miles.

Runs excellent. This is my daily driver and I have had no problems with it. No check engine lights-nothing. Lots of power but very comfortable for daily driving. Even has cupholders! Rear main seal was replaced by the previous owner.

Always garaged. Never driven in the snow. Stored in the winter.

Rear tires have about 5000 miles on them. Fronts have plenty of life left in them as well.

Very clean. Non smoker.

This has been a great 911 for me. I have enjoyed it but I am looking to get into a turbo. NADA lists the price at $25,625 without the full leather, seat options, turbo wheels and 3 spoke steering wheel:

I have done the maintenance on the 996. Oil changes, air filter, cabin filter etc. I have the records. I had to change the switch for the headlights. Everything is stock other than I hardwired my Valentine 1 in.

Rear Main Seal (RMS) was replaced by the second to last owner about 20K miles ago. The previous owner purchased the car from the dealership and it came with only some of the receipts. Therefore, I can only speak the the updated RMS change. I have the receipt for the RMS change.
