I have owned this car for 9 years and have decided to let it go.
This car has been a weekend backroad driver & a novice level (yellow) 3 to 4 PCA DE's a year car. The engine/trans are completely stock as I never wanted to comprise reliability. I focused more on the handling (suspension) and it is sublime.
Mods/upgrades from previous owner (father purchased new, passed away, then his son owned it). Technically I'm the 3rd owner if you count the father/son separately. All shop service/maintenance records since new.
Porsche Carrera III 18" wheels
European turbo front & rear bumper covers (eliminates bumperettes) painted to match
Replaced faded tail lights & center reflector
Paint matched rear grill in polar silver
Gert front protector bar
Replaced door seals - driver & passenger
Replaced all carpets/mats (silverknit) & headliner
996 carbon fiber/leather steering wheel (CF slightly de-laminating on the bottom)
Aluminum sport pedals & "Carrera" stainless door sills
Replaced spoiler wall + rubber seal
Engine
Top end engine rebuild due to SAI check eng light (60+hours of labor) + clutch/flywheel/clutch master/slave + distributor rebuilt. Lots of while your in there stuff replaced. Done @ 79,022 miles @ Jim Ellis Porsche in Atlanta

Replaced both control arms (due to worn bushings)

The paint is in excellent condition. There are small rock chips on the hood consistent with the cars age. I have the frunk carpet & rear seats if a return to stock is desired. Recent cylinder leakdown #'s were excellent; Cyl#1 3% Cyl#2 3% Cyl#3 2.5% Cyl#4 4%

Just got mine in polar silver. It's a really nice color. I just ordered up some Adams polishes and wax. Going to clay the car, do a correcting polish, the finishing polish and then a nice coat of their patriot wax.
