I doubt they would stretch correctly at this point.

Regarding the comment above about the fading of paint: I can certainly see that as an issue if the car were parked outside most of the time, but at this mileage, it wasn't a daily (so therefore not likely to be parked outside at work) and cars like this don't spend much time out in the elements. There isn't a visible difference between where the stripes were located and where they were not located.

Yeah, we didn't drive it much after getting it back here: we live over toward Lucas though, which is one of the reasons you didn't see it in W. Plano. We did take it to Mavs&Mochas in January, and the stripes sure brought the car a lot of good attention. It wasn't just another run of the mill Dallas 911 at that point!

Price Drop: $91,500!

I am tired of seeing this car sitting here, and MRR is $91,400, so if nobody wants it, I am going to have a dealer friend send it to auction on Monday. I need a committed buyer before then, so $91,500 takes it, which is roughly wholesale. I will need a deposit and funds ready to go by Monday, as I need to have him reserve space in the auction if it is going away.

C'mon, somebody step up! I would like to see it stay in the RL family and I hate to see a car go away in auction, but if nobody here wants it for wholesale, I can't really do much about it!

It’s a really nice spec and like 10k under market. I’m surprised nobody has jumped on this car yet.

I don't get it either; I have had no shortage of people asking if I could sell it under wholesale. The good thing about sending it to auction is that although I am out the fees, I may recoup a bit more than $91,400. Non-Porsche dealers have trouble getting their hands on cars like this and occasionally overpay; usually auction cars are junk and this one should bring serious interest.

If I was in the market, I'd buy this. What a great spec! I have always loved the red interior.

Where are all the "if it only had one more pedal " people? All talk I guess.

You are telling me!

I took $91k from a local dealer this morning. This was the perfect build at a great price, and I thought for sure it would find a home here.

If my ‘14 c2 with pdk had sold I would have been all over this car as I want a manual. Timing is everything.

Damn! Was it a cab? I have a friend looking for one, base C2, perhaps we could have done some sort of swap! This is a HUGE upgrade over a base 14 C2. It is a big upgrade over a C2S with sport PASM and PDCC even, but blows away a base C2. I test drove one with him last week (local car, advertised as flawless, conveniently omitting the 50 or so rock chips) and it felt quite sluggish and floaty. He is coming from a 335i M-sport with coilovers, so I told him to hold off and get a $70k C2S with PASM instead of a $60k C2.

Not a cab.

Congratulations raidersfan! At it least now you can now 'move on'!
It was indeed a great spec...with most right options that added to
an MSRP of $131K+ back in early 2017 when it was sold new. I
bought it a few months after it was delivered. It had only 1.9K miles
then & most of its factory warranty in place. It was a flawless example
that had never been back to the dealer for anything...no complains
or issues...which was a huge plus. I put an XPel front & the R decals.
It got attention everywhere I went. Glad you and your wife were
able to enjoyed it for a while. The problem, as I see it, is that the
over supply of 2018 & 2019 Carrera T's are distorting the market.
Whether '18 leftover at dealers at great discounts, used '18s & '19's
at even greater market discounts, plus deals to be had with current
'19's in dealer stock, the enthusiast on a budget apparently is going
'there' at the moment. Yet the S brakes in the car you just sold, in
my honest estimation, is a huge improvement over what most folks
end up getting in a Carrera T sans PCCB. Which is the majority of
the specs out there. And I didn't think the extra hp & torque of the
S model was really the 'negative' that some base .2 991 purist (like
Stout) are spouting (pardon the pun). But the T, to its credit, gets
you a unique interior that's closer in ethos than anything this side
of a Carrera gt3! So that is in the mix too.

I am saving my powder for the about-to-be premiere 'Boxster
Spyder' and hopefully a used Ferrari 488 Spider in the near
future. That is why I have sold two Porsche cars in the last
few months.

By the way, I am in an Audi...but not your average product
from Ingolstadt & Neckarsulm. It' an RS7. And it will give
most of the Porsches that are being driven by our friends in
our group an uncomfortable surprise if they are foolish enough
to underestimate its abilities. But almost 2 tons does have its
dynamic limitations on twisty roads.

I still have my 'Crystal Blue' 1970 911E Targa. But I just sold
the 'Ravenna Green' 1973 914 2.0. And don't forget my 'new'
1990 'Miata'. But I needed A/C on this ride so that is why I chose
to come in the RS7. We had a great time yesterday at the Pima
Air & Space Museum and the Davis Monthan AFB 'Boneyard' tour.
Right now we are sitting comfortably at the Ritz-Carlton in Dove
Mountain relaxing before our spirited ride up Mt. Lemmon. We
missed you Stu. You should have come with us!

Saludos,
Eduardo

Such a beautiful car at a great price. I'm torn between this and a Cayman Gts...
