It's sold as a dealer reassignment. We have the title straight from the previous owner and we simply transfer it to the next owner through the dealer reassignment section. We don't title the cars in the dealer name.
Car is currently in Knoxville, TN in our warehouse.

I have been looking into this and I thought that only a private sale or Ferrari dealer sale will allow this warranty to remain valid.
Can you please elaborate/confirm?

Warranty follows the car, not the owner. I've confirmed this with Ferrari Newport Beach when I added the warranty, as well as with Ferrari of Atlanta and Ferrari of North America. Willing to make a deal to get it done this week or next.

Just for anyone nervous about seeing the car. This person flew down from Chicago July 3rd to come see the car and make his decision on purchasing. He really wanted a white or red car. He had no intention of black, but with the warranty and price it was worth, to him, to at least come see the car in person. They stuck with their decision to look for a white car, but sent me the following message.
People may think this is fake, but I know it's not so I'm posting it.

I've been eyeing 458s (private party) and have been following this 458 since you first posted it and cannot believe this car is still here.
Considering it appears to be priced well, in a desirable color combo leads me to believe that the market is very soft on these currently? Makes me hesitate jumping in with both feet for one ..

I don't believe that is that soft. The car is priced very well for what it is. Issue for most everyone is that it is black and not red. This is the last of the N/A V8 Ferraris. No downside there. Car is brilliant to drive. I'll make a good deal for anyone buying it straight out or I'll make a good trade deal if you need trade.
Let me know.

Just posted my 991.2 GT3 on RL for sale or potential trade on a Ferrari. Problem is that I have my heart set on a 355. This 458 is absolutely beautiful and I actually prefer black to red. In any case, best of luck with the sale. Wish my heart wasn't set on something cheaper, slower, less reliable & more expensive to maintain...

I was getting ready to make the case for the 458 has a warranty and the 355 has a 20k per year maintenance bill. Don't get me wrong, the 355 is the most beautiful car ever built. My suggestion would be to trade the GT3 for this, drive it worry free for a year or two and let the 355 market calm down, since they have skyrocketed in the last few years. Just my two cents
