Up for sale, as a bit of a feeler, is my 2012.5 Agate Gray 991.1 Carrera S CPO with 29k miles. I bought this car after owning my 987 Spyder for 2 years, and believe I have sufficiently scratched my 991 itch. I am now strongly contemplating a 981 Spyder. The car is located in Chicago, IL and $67,000. The CPO warranty is good through October of 2019.
I searched for a very long time to find this particular spec, which I think most will find appealing. $121.6k original MSRP.
Specifically of note:
Sports Exhaust (PSE)
PDK
Sport chrono package
PDCC
18 way seats
Heated seats
Seat ventilation
Bose surround sound
Light design package
Porsche dynamic light system
VIN: WP0AB2A95CS120344
I’ve also added the sport design steering wheel, because, well… Shift buttons aren’t very nice, are they. Original button style steering wheel is also included with the car. Complete options list is available in the photos below.
I purchased the car on October 5th, 2017 from the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park, IL with 24k miles and a fresh CPO warranty, which is good through October 5th, 2019. I have yet to need the CPO for anything at all, but it is certainly lovely to have the peace of mind. I am the fourth owner, and the car has a clean carfax. The car is completely stock, and in my opinion is set up pretty much perfectly as is. The only small additions I have made to the car is the Rennline phone mount and clear LED corner lights from Suncoast, both of which can be removed in 3 minutes if desired. I cannot imagine wanting to.
Condition
Interior: 9/10, showing only extremely minimal wear on the drivers side bolster.
Exterior: 9/10, with no significant scratches, dings, or otherwise. The front end of the car is covered with XPEL, which looks good but not perfect after 30k miles. The way I see it, this is exactly the purpose of the PPF, and I’ve had no urge to replace it yet as it continues to do its job well and not call any attention to itself. The car has not had any body work or accidents. The wheels are in excellent condition, with no curb rash.
Two original keys, and all owners manuals, and documentation including service records also included.
Both front tires were replaced in October of 2017 as part of my CPO. All tires are matching OE Pirelli P Zero's.
FL: Week 24, 2017 date code, 9/32"
FR: Week 18, 2017 date code, 9/32"
RL: Week 34, 2015 date code, 7/32"
RR: Week 21, 2015 date code. 7/32"
Brand new P Zero's start with 10/32", as a point of reference.

I do apologize for the poor photos, as this is just what I had on hand. I can and will take proper listing photos as soon as possible.

Lovely car.
Highly recommend taking a picture of the center stack showing the buttons for PSE, PDCC, Sport Plus, etc. I realize it is all there in the specs you posted, but folks like to skim text, and seeing all those buttons will catch attention.
