Well... at this point I'm just going to close this thread and keep the car. Maybe try again in a few months. I believe I've priced the car fairly at $53k considering the odometer issues.

The market will dictate the price - It hasn't sold because it is priced too high.
When the seller comes to the realization he wants it gone, he will lower the asking price, then it will sell.
Who knows, perhaps the seller is lonely and enjoys engaging on all the comments/posts?
I know when I want to sell a car on RL,(and I've sold 8 Porsches on RL over the past 15 years) I have knowledge of the market and the car, price it fairly, describe it honestly and the outcome is always positive.
RL is a great resource for selling our P cars and the buyers are usually educated and real.

Bob, since you're closing the thread, I'll chip in too. The carfax is marked up and down in red. This will automatically reduce the saleability of the car. As it clearly hasn't sold, it's obvious your asking price is too high. The buyer has to be protected against subsequent difficulty in moving the car due to the branded title and bad carfax.
This otherwise seems like a great car. It's too bad about the odometer issue, but it will sell quickly if the asking price is fixed to reflect it.
