Winner, winner, chicken dinner. I am the new owner. Just so happened that Scott lives 3 miles down the road and he is too accommodating, and a great seller. Time to sell my "just purchased" 2004 996TT (tip) with 19k miles.
I am thrilled with the car. Thanks Scott.

Happy motoring. We should all get together. Glad it’s staying in the neighborhood I’m a little bit north but we should all hang some time! Enjoy, you got a great one! Glws on the 996 turbo!

I LOVE this car! Reminds me so much of my old 996 GT3 and the brown leather is gorgeous. If I were local I’d be on the phone to you right now.

GLWS I’m sure it won’t take long.

Great gt3 at a great price! Congrats to buyer and seller. Another reminder to perish each thought of selling mine, though going for a drive does the job just as well.

That was a quick sale but was also a pretty well setup vehicle. More importantly can we get more pics of the garage? Looks epic!

Ha, the garage is pretty bare bones at the moment. But it has 11ft ceilings so it’s going to work out just fine with a lift or two! The space between the last two garages is a 700sq ft gym. I get the garages and the wife can have the other 7700 sq ft! Gotta love Arizona real estate prices. My 1200 sq ft place in mission beach was nearly the same price lol!

You can rebuild a house if it burns down. You can’t make another 2004 GT3. Priorities.

I know! These things are in my blood, I’ll definitely own another! Saw you are selling your baby too! Maybe I should sell my manual lambo, ditch the house sale, and buy yours! I’m sure that would make the wife happy!
