Front bumper, headlights, mirrors, full hood and front fenders are covered with paint protection film. The rear spoiler is a Strosek style from Precision Porsche. The rear bumperettes are painted, and the rear wiper removed. Wheels are BBS CH-R with Michelin PS4S 255/35-19 front, and 305/30-19 rear. In the interior, the rear seats have been removed, while a DCTMS T96 steering wheel has replaced the original. A 997 short shift kit has been added with a black leather 997 ****. The rear seats and the original carbon/aluminum gear shift **** are included.
The car is pristine inside, outside, and mechanically. I believe it would be difficult to find another low mileage example in better condition, or better prepared. Clear title, no accidents, no paintwork.
This is the 3rd 996tt that I have owned. I’m only putting up for sale because the time to enjoy the car simply isn’t there, and doesn’t look to materialize anytime soon. I completed a comprehensive (over $20k) upgrade of the suspension, brakes, wheels and tires in October, and I’ve only managed to cover 200 miles since then, and a total of 800 over the last year. Rather than put all the photos of the suspension and brakes here, you can see the thread with full details and extensive pictures at the below link. Only the best aftermarket and Porsche Motorsports parts were used, along with custom made parts to bring it all together. The alignment and corner balance were done by Joey Seely at Emotion Engineering. The original suspension arms are included. This remains perfectly comfortable, with no noise, while transforming the steering, handling, and grip levels.

On the engine side, the car has Tial upgraded K16’s with billet 68mm compressors and wastegate actuators, Wagner intercoolers, ID1000 injectors, Cobb Accessport, Forge F-pipe and diverter valves, and a 911 Tuning intake plenum and flexible pipes upgraded with custom made billet turbo inlet adapters and 3D printed clamps, and a Europipe exhaust. The clutch is a Sachs stage 2.5. These were done at approximately 28k miles, with exception of the Europipe, which has 700 miles on it.
Please see the attached PDF for a complete parts list.
In the short term, the only further thing I was planning for the car was a set of manual 997 sport seats. I’ve been looking for a set in the requisite condition to become available locally, but have had no success thus far.
I have no need to sell, besides simply lack of use. I’m not interested in trades, and will not part anything out. My price is firm. If there is no one in the market for a 996TT that appreciates the value of this complete package, I will keep it and hope for more time in the future to enjoy it as I intended .

My friend's Turbo has KW Motorsports set up by Joey Seely and this man seems to really know what he's doing. Sort of ruined my stock Turbo for me a bit driving that thing around the canyons. We're both Slate Grey on black leather as well so cheers for a great color combo.

Beautiful, well worth the price imo. Someone who takes this much care and attention to detail generally have a well running machine for years to come. I enjoyed the suspension thread when you created it. Best of luck to you and the new owner. Dont see this lasting long for someone that knows what these mods are.
