My Tow Setup: 40' Intech Gooseneck / Ram Mega Dually
Hello fellow RL'ers.
I wanted to post up pictures of my tow setup. My tow truck is 2017 Ram DRW 3500 Mega Dually. It has the Aisin 6pd trans and factory air ride. The only modification to the truck is HID's in the projector housings and a 51 gallon Titan fuel tank replacement for extended tow range.
Now on to the fun stuff....
My first trailer was a 28' Intech iCon bumper pull trailer. That guy was nice but I learned so much about how I would load out the trailer and configure it. I called my friends at RPM Trailer around December 16 to order something very bespoke for me. What you see below is the creation between my best friend Jared, myself, Sam and Brad @ RPM.
It is a 40' Intech iCon gooseneck. The big things... 8' ceiling height, Cummins Onan generator, 25 gallon fuel station, dual 15K btu AC units, fully insulated, 50" TV, 7500lb superwinch in the floor, dual tool boxes, and cabinets galore. The upper bunk area houses the generator, an 8' tire rack and a cabinet to store 10 5-gallon fuel jugs. That cabinet is vented to the outside so fumes escape to the outside and not into the trailer. The tool boxes are in the front cabinets which turned out amazing. I have plenty of tool storage. There is a wardrobe cabinet that is 9' tall. In transit we store race ramps and a huge pop-up tent in the closet. At the track it becomes suit and helmet storage. The generator will run the trailer for 48 hours on a single tank. We have dual AC's to keep the rig cool. The trailer has a HD antenna on top to pick up local broadcasting. However, it also has two HDMI ports where we can run video remote from a laptop or wi-fi device. The last super cool thing - sliding glass doors on the curb side. I really wanted this to complete the race track support trailer. It was a pricey option but honestly I love it.
The funny experience; you know the REAL track junkies when they ignore your race car completely to come check out your trailer!!!
At any rate, please enjoy pictures. I am very proud of this custom trailer we designed and I cannot thank Brad and Sam @ RPM Trailer enough for helping me make this a reality.

OP, the trailer looks awesome and congratulations.
OT: If you're in TX, Houston has a good Sports Chassis dealer!
I owned one ~15 years ago when Tim Sinor (RIP) owned Sport Chassis Co. and they were in OK. I've los track since now I don't track anymore...

Wow, nice trailer!
Interesting. I have a Ram 3500 DRW with the Titan Travel Trekker fuel tank. Good stuff.

Very nice setup. One of the finest I've seen in a non transporter!

Love the InTech. I have one myself! Although just a lowly 24 footer.
Why just the dual axle? When I see a trailer that big, it's usually on a triple axle. If you have a blow out, you're going to have some serious load on the remaining tire on that side. I'm sure InTech thought about this.
