Got a new trailer so my R&R open 16' aluminum trailer is up for sale. Specs from the manufac. will be listed below. The original jack has been reinstalled and the trailer buddy removed, same for the mini bike mount. Both were only bolted on. Currently the ramp stand is in need of a repair which I can have completed prior to purchase or wiggle a little with the price. The second photo shows it with the stock jack and ramps removed. I tore my calf earlier this year with the car on the trailer and had a friend "help" me. Got excited being in the"racecar" and confused. Went forward just enough to bend the bars. Quote to fix was $350-550.
Has the full size spare and 4 d-rings. Has served me very well over the 4,300 miles I have used it for with never a problem. Unloaded weight is 1,160lbs. Has brand new chains (they rusted and looked like garbage).
On both my 718 and 987.2 I had to add a little to the ramps to get them on with no scraping. I used two pieces of 4' 2x8 with each having a 12" piece of 2x8 screwed on top 12" from the end. I would then slide that up against the trailer ramps and loading was a breeze. Fenders are low enough to open the door on both cars without an issue.
