Thank you for all rhe valuable info ct14.

As the Audi e-tron GT batteries are the same as Taycan. How would you program the batteries using an Audi based diagnostic software? Any tips to save some money there?

You can’t reprogram them, the small plug isn’t even the same between Audi and Taycan…

The only option is cutting them at the back with an angle grinder, replacing control module and weld them again. We’ve done many but it’s dangerous!

super useful. I did similar thing in my i8 few years ago. Same issue - one of cells went bad. I even didnt have to code anything, simply charged to around the same voltage and then left it on slow charge overnight to let BMS to balance cells

Hey @ct14 curious if you have a layout of battery as per piwis? I have cell module 6 faulty but I'm not sure which side is it. I don't want to take battery off before I get replacement module, so can't check if its -+ or +-. Thanks in advance
