Used a 150 and got around 50kW, a Volvo pulled up to the other 150 and was getting same.
Was happy with 50kW because it's close to the ideal rate for battery life, and it didn't take long to get the 20% I needed.
Did you call EA to see if they could ‘re-boot’ the 350kW chargers to get them to work?

I did not, was already late and 50kW was good enough.
Might need to do that tomorrow at Seabrook, NH if it's the same case, I'd like to try a 350 to see if I can get 200kW.

There is a ‘safety’ protocol with the EA L3 chargers that if active cooling is broken, the charger will automatically throttle way back on the kW delivered. Sometimes giving a call to EA can reset the charger so it functions nominally and if you’re lucky EA will throw in a free charge.

Also, I know the Taycans are ‘Plug and Charge’, but over on the Audi etron side there has been a great deal of talk about activating the charger first, and then plugging in the vehicle which anecdotally seems to be causing a lot less issues.

Thanks, good to know.
Set the destination 25 minutes ahead of time, the battery warmed from 45 to 68F when I arrived.
It sent me to a bank of Tesla chargers, but I found the EAs on the other end of the Walmart.
A fellow smoking a cigarette, perhaps an employee, was hanging out there.
Asked me how long it takes to charge, I said I didn't know, so he told me it would take hours.
He said it looks like it screws, hadn't heard that local vernacular since the year I spent at state college, I didn't respond.
A woman came out to her car and he helped her unhook the charging cable, not sure if she appreciated it or not, both left.
Starting at 41% the 350 ramped up to ~100kW, then settled in at -85kW.
At 80% it decreased to ~80kW, 85% to ~75kW and something in the front started to make noise, ended at 29 minutes and 88% with the battery a toasty 96F.

I have to wonder if he the car he knew had a cold battery and they did not know or have the option to warm it up before-hand. Considering many people do not know how to even change a tire, I bet a large number have BEVs without knowing how to handle them properly.

I got the impression they didn't know each other, but I wasn't looking when they disappeared, so yeah maybe.

The 350 in Manchester, NH with the error screen was turned off as of 3/5.
Good thing it's getting warmer and my range is up to 248 miles.
I won't have to stop there until next year, maybe never if Tesla retrofits theirs.

Question; Do you think Tesla Magic Dock will cause the other companies to improve their stations or will they close some down saying they do not need to keep so many working in areas that Tesla has stations?

EA/VW is contractually obligated for a number of them, and I read CA is legislating that further, no idea on the others.
Most charging is done at home anyways, but it would be nice to have road trip options, no matter how infrequent they would be.
