EA: We need a class action attorney

I tried out EA in Manchester, NH at one 350 with a screen saying something about reduced charge due to software update.
Charge rate dropped quickly to 8.7kW, moved to the other 350 which didn't have the alert screen and got the same rate.
Used a 150 and got around 50kW, a Volvo pulled up to the other 150 and was getting same.
Was happy with 50kW because it's close to the ideal rate for battery life, and it didn't take long to get the 20% I needed.

Also, I know the Taycans are ‘Plug and Charge’, but over on the Audi etron side there has been a great deal of talk about activating the charger first, and then plugging in the vehicle which anecdotally seems to be causing a lot less issues.

Thanks, good to know.
Set the destination 25 minutes ahead of time, the battery warmed from 45 to 68F when I arrived.
It sent me to a bank of Tesla chargers, but I found the EAs on the other end of the Walmart.
A fellow smoking a cigarette, perhaps an employee, was hanging out there.
Asked me how long it takes to charge, I said I didn't know, so he told me it would take hours.
He said it looks like it screws, hadn't heard that local vernacular since the year I spent at state college, I didn't respond.
A woman came out to her car and he helped her unhook the charging cable, not sure if she appreciated it or not, both left.
Starting at 41% the 350 ramped up to ~100kW, then settled in at -85kW.
At 80% it decreased to ~80kW, 85% to ~75kW and something in the front started to make noise, ended at 29 minutes and 88% with the battery a toasty 96F.

The 350 in Manchester, NH with the error screen was turned off as of 3/5.
Good thing it's getting warmer and my range is up to 248 miles.
I won't have to stop there until next year, maybe never if Tesla retrofits theirs.

EA/VW is contractually obligated for a number of them, and I read CA is legislating that further, no idea on the others.
Most charging is done at home anyways, but it would be nice to have road trip options, no matter how infrequent they would be.
