For example, Jan->Nov 2021 I drove a Taycan 17,960 miles.
That included trips to CA and back, Nashville and back, Austin and back, etc.
When you're not paying for gas, and you're not working against expensive service intervals, driving is guilt free and a joy.
To answer your implied question, should you worry due to the miles? I'd say no. It reflects someone who enjoyed the car and used it. The only thing you might check is the brake pad depth; if you have PSCBs and the brakes need pads or rotors that's very expensive.
However, I wouldn't expect that at 32K; mine were barely touched after 28K.
I have a 2021 RWD built 4/2021. Other than one issue that was not a drivability issue, the car has been bullet proof. I have 14k on my car and would not hesitate to purchase a car with 32k on it, assuming the price is fair. The mileage tells me this car has been on the road and not in shop. Unfortunately, the earlier models (2020 and 2021) had techs that couldn't find their *** with both hands. Simple problems that would keep a 911 in shop for two days, took over a month with the earlier models. I would have no anxiety as long as you have the CPO.
Will this be your first EV? I would not underestimate how valuable just a bit more range can be. I know you said you’re fine with the regular battery, but I would hold out for the plus battery if you can find one you like.

Second. Yes, the extra 20 miles or so of the Performance Plus could be useful.
