I wonder what the new body variant would be. We haven't seen any mules, so it's probably a minor variation. Maybe a Taycan Sport Turisimo wagon with lower (sedan-like) ride height and no plastic cladding?

It’s will be Sport Turismo body style without the plastic cladding of the Cross Turismo: https://drivetribe.com/p/porsche-tay...QrG-ahV9nBFcSw

Yeah, it does. Would like to see how it looks in person. The faux-roader and higher body style looks good on the Cross Tourismo.
Still, calling the Sport Tourismo a "new body variant" is a pretty good stretch. But love to see it, and likely doesn't cost Porsche anything since they probably don't have to re-certify anything. It's all just trim and air suspension settings.

The all-electric Taycan will be the focus of two world premieres: a new, incredibly dynamic variant positioned between the Taycan 4S and the Taycan Turbo, and a third body style will be revealed to the public for the first time in California. The Panamera family is also gaining a new member: Porsche is launching a special ver-sion with extensive standard equipment: the Platinum Edition.
The unveiling of all five world premieres will take place on Tuesday, November 16th at 8:00 p.m. PST/11:00 p.m. EST with Oliver Blume, Chairman of the Executive Board at Porsche AG, Detlev von Platen, Member of the Executive Board for Sales and Marketing, and Frank-Steffen Walliser, Vice President Model Line 911 and 718. Ex-Formula One driver and Porsche brand ambassador Mark Webber will host the event.

A regular sport turismo Taycan is what I've been waiting for as I'm a wagon/avant fan and have had several avants over the years. Also love the RS6 avant, but an electric for my wife would be a perfect car for her kind of driving. Only issue is spending that much $$$ for a car we realistically can't jump into to drive to see our grandkids in South Dakota... (not that big a fan of the allroad and that is basically what the cross turismo is trying to be)
Will definitely "build" one and if we decide to jump, would definitely pick up at the Experience Center in LA...
