If the 2021 can beat 10.3 in the 1/4 mile, then props to Porsche. Their 'official' numbers are 10.8 for the 2020 and 10.7 for the '21. They may simply be restating their numbers based on 'optimization' of mfg. If not, I'm hoping they may have simply improved the launch software based on extensive experience, and hopefully we 2020 Turbo S owners can upgrade.

Porsche Taycan Turbo S owner (along with other nice cars and Porsche's) answers questions on Reddit, regarding 1500 mile trip:
I just took a 1,500 mile (2,400 km) road trip in a Porsche Taycan Turbo S, AMA
I recently drove my Taycan Turbo S from San Francisco to Seattle, then from there down to Bend, and finally back to Seattle, at which point I shipped the car back to San Francisco. Happy to answer questions about the car itself, charging infrastructure, or anything else for anyone who's interested in or might be on the fence regarding EVs!
I found it watchable not so much because of 'Goldilocks' but where the car was driven, multiple laps (what weather conditions were permitting) around the Nordschleife...
