Funny story, my 12 year old grand daughter saw the Spyder for the first time yesterday and said it was the ugliest car she's ever seen. 😆 🤣

Default Sunday morning run

I have some fun neighbors so an M3, 914-6, and a Spyder all headed out at 7am for some fun. Weather was perfect, roads were great, and for the first time ever I had a clean run at nothing but 2-3rd gear curves for something like 10-12 miles. Awesome.

This car just doesn’t disappoint in the twisters. Unbelievable mid curve line correction for real world life moments on the road.

Very nice, congrats!!!

Did the previous owner special order the calipers in red or have them painted after the fact? That was one of the things I disliked about the PCCB’s other than the price, I’m not a fan of the yellow calipers and would have much preferred red.

I had the dealership paint the calipers red before taking delivery.

About 3 weekends ago at Angeles Crest before all the fires. It was pure joy, going back and forth between the Spyder and GT3.

Obviously, there’s a big power difference, but how do the “fun factors” compare on these two cars?

The Spyder feels light on its feet and super balanced. Inspiring confidence around the corners. All the senses are enhanced being topless. The GT3 just overwhelms you with power, grip, noise, and feels supercar special. Both are excellent fun but the GT3 is just next level.

Default And...I got one.

Enough is enough. I did Boxster base. Then Boxster S. Then another Boxster S...and then a month later I said to myself why don’t I do this the right way. A 981 was delivered a week later. Joy.
