Default New to the Renn & a New Spyder

Good Evening everyone, wanted to finally introduce myself and my new "toy". After many years of admiring Porsche i finally found a car i just couldn't live without. While i won't lie the Boxster idea was always one i wasn't open to, getting behind the wheel of one 5 years ago changed my entire outlook. Without getting too lengthly, driving shotgun with a seasoned driver in a stock BS through the mountains while playing chase with .1TT,M3,M5 and a few american muscle cars and absolutely obliterating them everywhere except the straight aways sold me on Boxster and its amazing capabilities.

Fast forward to July 3rd i made the trip to little jonesboro Arkansas to pick up my new weekend toy

2012 Spyder
Carrera White
Carbon Buckets
Alcantra +
PSE
Nav
Bluetooth
+ other stuff

I really want to leave her stock, the only thing i can think of is a SSK... Any thoughts?

attached are some pictures hope to have more soon but we have had rain for 4 straight days and its killing me

Cheers

Chris

Congrats! Looks awesome!

My Boxster revelation happened in 06 when I test drove an S against a 911 and a Corvette as a tool for weekend jaunts on country roads. The Boxster S won hands down. 7 years and 37k miles of pure pleasure later the affair is as strong as ever. I got an 05 GT3 this winter -- an amazingly raw car in its own right and an outstanding track weapon -- planning to sell the Boxster but I changed my mind after the first spring drive this year. I think I'll keep both for now.

Right down to the single Spyder emblem, nice ride, I love mine. Rain has made going on any long rides impossible, supposed to be dry three days in a row this weekend.

Very nice. It rained for the first week when I got mine and it has been sunny since. Driving with the top up is great but she is so much more fun with the top down.

I've never put the top on. Not once.

Of course, it's always sunny and 72 where I live

These cars look better and better every time I see them. I love the white/black look on these.
