LOL... Yeah, I know many won't and that is fine. I'm not bothered about what people say... I have thicker skin than that.

I did the opposite - I traded my TTRS for a Spyder. Which I loved, but wanted a solid roof. Enter the Cayman R! Now I'm totally spoiled - mid-engine from now on.

Finding sport buckets was the hardest part for me. Full leather is pretty rare. The combination will make your search a hard one. Good luck! It will be worth it.

I know... I'm kicking myself for not getting the one at Harper's Porsche a few months ago. Jim Ellis has one that is the closest at the moment. Has everything but the full leather. Extremely low miles... It has the Cayman R wheels (Brighter Silver Paint). Not sure if I should wait or make the jump before I miss another one.

I will admit that the thought crossed my mind to sell my Spyder and buy Eduardo's Spyder, but I'm not sure I want to spend that much more. It's the color combo that attracts me most to Eduardo's Spyder, I still prefer the more limited options on my Spyder.

Well, I'll give you that much.

Your Riviera Blue Spyder was a gem, though the sport seats were a bit of a letdown (stupid dealers..).

Pretty rare, but I have to say that full leather interior is niiice. Recently checked out a CR w/ full leather for a possible out of state buyer... I was never really into full leather but it was sweeet! I don't even know if the potential buyer has acted on the CR... he's gone AWOL!!

Yeah, the lack of Buckets and Full Leather was the only downer on the Riviera. Other than that, I agree... It was a gem. I was stupid for letting that one go.
