Default What is a fair resale price?

Now that I have acquired a second P-car and I am currently in negotiations for my third... I am considering selling the "rare" 2011 cream over cocoa brown 987 spyder...

https://rennlist.com/forums/members/...87-spyder.html

The sticker price was 81.5K. She currently has 4113 miles, garage kept under a satin cover.

What would be a fair asking price equitable for both seller and buyer.

Thanks for your help!

Traded my spyder to local dealer last Nov with about the same miles on it. MSRP 72k (pdk without sport buckets), paid $68 for it in April, I traded it back to them at $55k and they sold it out of state for $59k in January.

Best offer is 65K; holding out until the end of the week to see if I can get a few dollars more...

That's a nicely optioned Spyder, someone snag it!

RJ, why are you selling it so quickly?

Thanks MB!

I recently purhased a 1995 993 C2 as a daily driver and fell in love with that car... I am now on the hunt for a 993 TT for my weekender...

The 987 Spyder transferred to her new owner today... I will have to admit that I shed a small tear as the new owner gave me a thumbs up and drove off into the bright mid-day sun as Bye, Bye Mrs. American Pie was playing from the speakers in my 993.

Alright RJ, now that the car is out of your hands and with a dealer, it's time to spill the beans. What's the story with the car? Did the salesguy try to tell you the car was supercharged when you were buying it?

Let's just say that we have agreed not to make derogatory comments about the dealer/sales transaction and that all's well that ends well.

She was a VERY pretty and VERY fast automobile that was NOT supercharged.

22 posts. Alleged supercharger. Selling a Spyder a month after it's purchased. Something just smells here. Just sayin.
