Z356,
Thanks for all the information. I am now more informed for my next Porsche, which I don't have planned yet, but am sure will happen at some point. It looks like all your research will pay off well as your car will be quite unique.

Love this leather piece! Does anyone know if there is a way to order this retrospectively in cocoa?

Where there is a will, there is a way, Way! Yes, I ordered it from a US dealer that has a wholesale parts business - Suncoast - for my .1 997 S (Signal Green). That was back in March and they were nearly US$1K. Mine were in regular black leather and, at the time, they could have been ordered them in any of the colors Porsche offered. Here is the rub for Cocoa, mate. It is no longer being offered on any vehicle at Zuffenhausen. It was dropped as a leather color option a few months back. So they may not be able to do them for you if they have run out of the leather. But it is best to contact them and ask - via your dealer or direct to Porsche Exclusive.
Saw photos of your Black/cocoa Spyder at the other thread. Beautiful! What part of 'down under' are you from? Saludos, z356
