Thanks for the post. Sweet cage! I would LOVE to know if that is available off the shelf? TC Kline Racing on the guys windshield header is a BWM shop?

Back in my RS again and reminded of how fast and confidence inspiring the Spyder is to drive on track. Totally different experiences.

Savyboy, yes. I don't remember all of the details, but they were promoting the fully preped car, plus mechanic for race weekends. Something like $1K for the mechanic, $6K for the car rental, and something like $6K for the season (approx. 10 DE's) for car's consumables. Don't quote me on all of this.

Hmmm, good points, and agreed on the height of the cage bars. Bar along head and top fit I am not so concerned with if track only setup. However, now I am calling my sanity and perception into question

Lol

Would be nice to have a plug-n-play solution to the track day safety concerns. I took to removing the seat bottom cushion out which gave me more than an inch under the broomstick.

I do love driving that little rascal on track...

Mike at TPC owns one of these cars. It wouldn't hurt to call them and see if they have a solution because I know Mike has been tracking it. Of course if you got serious about tracking the car, then you would also need to do something about the LSD.

What's the issue with the LSD?

The same problem that all GT3 owners have with their LSD, it doesn't work...
