I thought a bargain for sure. Trying to put bias aside, I did think it would settle in the $85-90k (w/fee) range.
If you figure the white one sold for $116k (w/fee) which had close to 10k less miles, PCCB, and buckets. This one sold for $77k (w/fee). I don't find anywhere close to $40k less 'worth' in this example and it was a more rare color, in black. I think the new owner should consider himself a lucky boy indeed! Hope to see him in the forums.
More than anything I hope these new owners are driving the cars instead of tucking them away for the future. One of Porsche's finest drivers cars and it would be a sin not to reap that enjoyment. We're in the best part of the driving season here in the Mid-Atlantic region, gotta get out there and enjoy!

Next Spyder up on PCARMARKET: 21k-Mile 2012 Porsche 987.2 Boxster Spyder 6-Speed | PCARMARKET
A 2012, although a relative stripper in the options department with pretty low mileage but one accident noted. Should be interesting to see how those factors come into play. A Rennlister selling?

I bought a near-twin (mileage very close but clean Carfax) to that pcarmarket car for 63k six months ago from Ron Barnaba. I know the market moves, whatever. In case someone wants the datapoint.

The seller bought that car 22 months ago on pcarmarket from that NJ dealer for $42,388.
