How about a production run and a group buy? We're not fans of the required arm restraints.

I can get a half dozen on order if you guys would like, and they should be ready in a couple of weeks for shipping.

They do NOT come with a certification tag like the standard window nets but are of course made with the same material. They have passed through POC/PCA/NASA tech several times.

I also have one used net available in the same size with open ends, like a standard window net that you could use with steel cable. I had that one installed on my car before we went to the sewn in straps. I'll sell that one for $75 if anyone wants to go that route instead. It's just more a pain to install and uninstall when needed.

sounds like 3, can we get to 5 or 6? I'll buy one to put in stock if we can get to 5.

up to 4 via PM. I've ordered a run of six to get things moving. I'll update with an ETA when I get one from Teamtech.

Thanks.

Nets will go into production quickly. I should have them in hand and ready to ship by the first of December, possibly sooner. Cost went up since last run but I'll honor the original price of $215 for the group buy.

Not that i'm in the SPB club, but is this a new choice/requirement for the aftermarket tops? From what I saw in the rules a factory top doesn't require it but I saw no change in the new rules?

It's in the 2015 rules on page 6 under driver requirements.

Thanks, I saw the arm restraint requirement in another section but I see it's all spelled out there. For guys that were lucky enough to score an original hardtop, don't have to do anything. It's a good rule..

Looks like we'll need more than 6! I'll get another order going quickly. I think the best way to go about it would be to ship out those that have reached out since my first post to confirm for the first 6, then send out a 2nd batch. If I don't have shipping information for anyone in the first 6 by the time I get them, I'll move on to the next in the list and supply you with one from the second batch. Fair?

Estimated ship date December 1
1. gums (awaiting shipping info)
2. mannym5 (shipped)
3. stuutgart46 (shipepd)
4. RedTele via PM (shipped)
5. Dave DE via PM (shipped)
6. Sean Gibbons (shipped)

second batch, estimated ship date December 15
1. jlanka
2. Deadeye

And if there are any of you that are packed up for winter and don't mind being in the second batch, let me know. Also, if anyone needs one immediately. Just want to get everyone taken care of!
