Pulled over no front license plate
Got pulled over for speeding and got away with a warning on that one but got a citation for not having a front license plate.......
Is there any solution for a removal front license plate holder that I can go and show to the police and take out after that ?
Sorry if this has been covered before.

Newport Beach PD trolls the airport at John Wayne looking for cars with no plates.
Ask me how I know.

Porsche Needs to come up with a proper solution to this problem. It drives me crazy. In VA it is mandatory and yes you will get pulled over for not having a front plate. Worse, if you park car on the street and you come back - there will be a ticket for not having front plates.
Very few states left with no front plates requirement (it all will change for revenue collection).
Sorry to the Op for getting pulled over - try Us MillWorks and there few others (will have to google it).

Now if you mean something more stylish, or at least less obtrusive, then you can choose from several options. Of course, my favorite is my own design. See the original thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9861...e-bracket.html

Just pay the fine and move on. You could buy a tow hook mounted plate holder, put it on, find a cop to sign off on the ticket, go get it dismissed, remove the tow hook mounted plate holder....or just pay the fine and forget it. Consider it the tax for driving without a plate.

Very, very cool. Are you taking orders? You'd sell a million...or at least a few hundred. If you're not pursuing it as a venture, perhaps contact a new company that's making great stealth backup cameras.

I use a tow hook plate. It is the Rho plate because it has an option to be attached lower and not mess with the parking sensors.
Generally, I don't need to use it in my area (north of the Golden Gate). Haven't been bothered by the local authorities. However, I put it on anytime I plan a trip to San Francisco or the East Bay. Just heard too many stories about meter maids trying to justify their salaries.

not my product. It's commercially available. Don't know if it will fit on a 911 though since I have not taken delivery of mine yet. Google Hidetheplates if you are interested in that holder for yourself.

What if you bolted the plate to a pair of L-Brackets and then stuck them to the horizontal surface under the bumper area with removable velcro strips? Just enough to pass the inspection.

My son did the hide-away bracket on his 2016 BMW M3; he's registered in TX and it works well.

I bought one of these, but havent installed it yet. You can also find them on eBay. I have one on my M4 and it works great, and was super easy to install. Will get going with this once my plates show up - right now just using temp plates, so no front needed.
