No affiliation, but I have used this bracket on multiple cars and have been quite happy-- As a point of clarification, this bracket does drill holes in the bumper, but on the bottom shelf, where no one would ever see it, GLWS! KH

My brother and I have this bracket on both of our 4s cars. It is the best way we found to mount the front license plate. As a plus it is a little lower so it does not really mess with the front bumper look.
