@DSC Sport Is this calibration file available for existing V3 controllers? I assume it's not the GT2,3RS file from 2/12/20 or the GT Xtra Sport file from 7/20/21..?

The new "RS" file is not the same as files that are currently on our website. It will be available for download from our website for use with 01/2021-newer controllers in approx 30 days. For now, the new file is only available with new controller purchase.

Are 01/2021+ controllers V3’s? Or are any V3’s excluded? Love seeing this continued development!
@AlexZTuned Based on the compatibility of calibration files as noted on their website, it looks like there was a 2021 firmware update. If that's true, not all v3 controllers are alike. Hoping/wondering if we can have older (v3) units updated to the latest firmware...

Are pre 01/2021 v3 devices excluded for a reason - is the hardware different or something? If it is a firmware update does it require returning to you or can my dealer in the UK sort it (9e)
Also interested in why older V3 controllers can't get the new mapping/firmware. Is there a miscommunication somewhere? If they aren't able to be updated due to some other change it seems more appropriate to call them V3.1 or V3.5 to avoid confusion.
