Default I Stepped Up AGAIN (991.2 Turbo S)

I know I Just did my recent trade for the 308 and I love that car. It was a bucket list car, but I'm not going to lie, I REALLY missed my 997.2 TTS.

I know it's not the best financial decision I've ever made but I purchased my new to me 991.2 Turbo S in GT Silver with Bordeaux Red / Black interior.
The car is fully wrapped in PPF, Has a Catless Tubi Exhaust, and a GIAC tune (for now).

Furture mods include a TPC DSC, Europipe EP2, and Cobb AP w/ pro tune. OH, and Zunnsport Grills!! I love the ones I had on my 997.2TTS.

Here are a few pics of the car as advertised and at delivery this morning when it came off the truck.

For those interested, here's my old "I Stepped Up" Thread when I went from my 996TT to my 2012 TTS:

Beautiful ride! Congrats!

Looks like the exhaust tips need to be raised just a bit.

Thank you,

I think that too. Not sure how that works. It has a Catless Tubi exhaust , so not sure if that's why.

Congrats!!!! That was fast- I got the feeling that you wouldn't be without a turbo 911 for long. Beautiful car!!!!!! Let us 997tt owners know how the 991.2tt feels after you've got some seat time. I doubt I'll ever convert to a 991tt or 992tt just because I'm financially 10 miles deep into my built 3.8L 6 speed Mezger 997tt. Congats again- awesome car!!!!!!!!!

Hey let us ALL know! Especially your impressions with the GIAC tune. Have to wonder if you will really benefit from a move to Cobb.

Love the new ride man!

Thank you ALL for the kind words on the new whip....

I only did a 10 mile test drive but I can already tell the car is SO much better in many ways... NOT discounting how awesome my 997.2 TTS was, It's just amazing how much more refined the 991.1 and 991.2 is.

The PDK feels so much smoother / faster.

The 4 wheel steering is awesome in parking lot maneuvering... I'm sure it really helps on the tight twisties at speed too...Can't wait.

The multifunction heated steering wheel is very nice to have. The PDK with the more "correct" shifting is cool too (Pull rearward for upshifts and push forward for down shifts). I love to use the shift stalk for shifting.

The Tune felt pretty strong for sure. Hard to gauge agains my old car with Sam's 2.5 tune, but it felt really close. Can't wait to see how the Dragy numbers compare.
