Tranzit Blu bluetooth adaptor (bluetooth phone and music streaming)

Proclip phone mount (will remove my device holder, but will leave dash mount. By far the BEST solution to mount a phone in a car)
FVD Brombacher catback (pictures taken before exhaust was installed)
Clear side markers
The Cayman only has a few tasteful modifications listed above. No track days, no racing, or anything like that, just a fun weekend car. The combination of PASM and Sport Chrono seems to be very hard to come by in the 987.1 cars and, in my opinion, are great additions. The HID headlights and the sport steering wheel were must haves for me as the car feels much more dated without them. I have maintenance records for the last few years and about 13k miles (last owner misplaced the rest of them). No outstanding issues and it runs great! I'd be happy to help organize a PPI (at the buyer's expense and at their place of choosing). The car does have a lien through NFCU, but it's fairly painless to get the title to transfer.
If anyone would like additional pictures or has any questions, please let me know and I would be happy to provide/answer anything.

Interested buyer here. Would like to know what maintenance has been performed to your knowledge. What's closest city for PPI?
Can't figure out how to PM (Getting old, perhaps?!) so please email chrisg //@// piombo, corn (sorry for the obfuscation. so much spam!)
Cheers,
Chris

Took some more photos of the car. Tried to be critical and show all the flaws, few rock chips on hood and some rash on one of the wheels from an apparent careless tire mounting. https://photos.app.goo.gl/0FexXV7xoLUJpD7q2
If anyone would like to see anything else, please let me know!

Bump
An interested buyer had a PPI performed and the car passed with flying colors as I suspected, but the buyer decided to step up to a 987.2S. He graciously sent me the report and I'd be happy to share with anyone interested.
