Up for sale is a well crafted, well fitted replica taco wing made by Michael Shaw. (M.A. Shaw) The wing is currently painted metallic midnight blue and will only fit a narrow body 996.
- If you are repainting, your body shop will have zero excuses for not having this wing fit nicely.
- If you are using as is, there are a few blemishes in the paint that I have pictured below.
- Light scratch on rear portion, near where it meets the top of the bumper
- Clear coat beginning to fail along edge of the wing
- Blemishes along panel gaps.
- Price is $
15001100 + shipping from SoCal (Long Beach, LA) - Will not be able to ship until early January
Latch and fan will not be included. Your OEM hardware is a direct fit. Adjustment screws/feet will be included.
About four inches away from the 3rd brake light on the driver side, you can see a small chip in the paint along the panel gap.
Light scratch on rear deck lid pictured below.
You can see the clear coat beginning to fail.

Yes, this is correct.
That being said, the price listed on his website does not include the $240 sanding and primer service that he offers, nor the additional body work labor costs a body shop charges. Shaw's service involves mounting the wing into a fixture where the panel gaps are further refined for improved fitment. Since this is not an OEM part, there is a lot of labor involved in sanding & priming to achieve a level of fitment and finish that I would consider acceptable. These costs are not reflected on that list price.
